35ml Source Single Malt Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Top Champagne
Glass: Flute
Ice: Yes
Garnish: Lemon Zest
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into glass. Top with Champagne.
